The client provides hospitality staffing to key hospitality and luxury retail groups in Macau. Client is current seeking experienced and effective trainers to ensure a consistently high service and skills delivery of all the staffing provided.
Responsibilities:
Understand the brand statements, vision and service delivery standards of all external clients.
Design and implement effective training programs in line with clients' brand and service standards.
Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to ensure staff are trained effectively to perform.
Work with relevant departments and clients to set up an environment conducive for staff growth, learning and retention.
Work with relevant departments to set KPI/ reward system and performance evaluation process to ensure constant feedback and also reward desired behavior
Collaborate closely with clients to identify areas for improvement in customer service and service skills and ensure what is trained is relevant to their needs and operations.
Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in F&B and hospitality, integrating best practices into training modules.
Act as a mentor and coach for staffs, instilling a strong service culture and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or similar professional training certification in hospitality, F&B or other relevant disciplines.
Min. 3 years proven training experience in hospitality industry.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
Strong knowledge of service techniques and hospitality standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
