Position Summary: Provide secretarial and administrative support to F&B office; performing daily routine administration tasks such as scheduling meetings,organizing filing system, maintain effective working relationship with all key stake holders such as Finance, Procurement, IS&T, HR&A and all other departments across GEG. Primary Responsibility: • Works as a multi-tasked and provide administrative and clerical support • Prepare meeting agendas, schedules, meetings, note and minutes taking • Arrange and coordinate appointments, travelling and transport arrangements for personnel • Handle HR related employee documents to maintain up-to date staff records and leave administration • Handle IS&T related employee documents • Coordinate with other departments administrators and secretaries • Be responsible for maintaining stationery levels and reordering as necessary • Provide efficient and courteous services to all internal and external customers • Perform other duties as assigned or required • Take direction from Manager-Admin/ Admin Officer where necessary to be aligned with business needs For Admin Assistant supporting Culinary: To be team environment multitasking between Exec Chefs and EM in Administration services to have cross functionality to meet the business demand Requirements: • College graduate or above • Experience with F&B admin role an advantage • Good communication and organizational skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to translate English , Chinese and English • Proficient in MS Office Applications • Must maintain confidentiality at all times • Below only applicable for Admin Assistant who support Culinary team: Experience in: HR Reconciliation, competent in English Grammar and Chinese for menu translations, flexible working hours as rotational roster to meet business operational patterns.
