HR & Admin Specialist - Renowned Macau Souvenir Brand

Our client, a renowned Macau specialty souvenir brand company, is seeking an HR & Admin Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, arrange interviews, verify onboarding documents, process resignations, and organize/archive employee files.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on payroll and benefits assistance, and follow up on employee labor insurance/social security procedures (as per company process).
  • Assist in arranging basic training; support management in organizing performance data and feedback on employee performance.
  • Procure office supplies, manage material storage and distribution; manage the office environment, arrange meetings, business receptions, and issue company notices/official documents.
  • Assist in implementing and improving HR and administrative policies; plan employee activities, holiday benefits, etc., to enhance team cohesion.
  • Coordinate with sales, procurement, finance, and other departments to handle urgent administrative matters, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements:
  • Associate Degree or above, with a major in Human Resources/Administration/Business Management preferred.
  • 2+ years of comprehensive HR and administrative experience; experience in Macau's retail/souvenir industry is a plus; familiarity with Macau labor laws and local processing procedures is preferred.
  • Proficient in Office software (Word/Excel/PPT), skilled in using PivotTables, functions, and other tools for data statistics and analysis.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good English.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, meticulous, responsible, emphasizes confidentiality, strong execution ability, and possesses teamwork and proactiveness.
