Our client, a renowned Macau specialty souvenir brand company, is seeking an Accountant to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Organize vouchers, reconcile accounts, and complete monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (e.g., Income Statement, Balance Sheet).
• Assist in preparing annual budgets, tracking execution, and conducting simple financial analysis and reporting; propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
• Assist in calculating and tracking employee payroll and benefits, processing related accounting entries, ensuring compliance with Macau labor and tax requirements.
• Assist with the integration of POS sales data and financial systems; regularly conduct inventory and fixed asset counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Declare Macau "Group A" related taxes (e.g., Business Tax, Complementary Income Tax), ensuring timely submission and compliance with the latest regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, logistics, and other departments to provide financial information support for management decisions.

• Associate Degree or above, with a major in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• 3+ years of full-set accounting experience; familiarity with Macau's retail/souvenir industry or Macau tax regulations is a plus; experience with POS integration/financial process optimization is preferred.
• Familiar with Macau tax regulations and practical experience in declaring taxes for "Group A" taxpayers.
• Proficient in commonly used local accounting software (e.g., SAP, Kingdee, UFIDA) and advanced Excel functions for data analysis (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English.
• Meticulous, discreet, highly responsible, capable of independent problem-solving and handling urgent financial situations.
