Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify issues and insights, and develop optimization strategies based on data trends.
• Responsible for organizing data within the marketing department and product teams, focusing on analyzing user data to generate reports and insights, and utilizing data analysis to recommend product optimizations.
• Be proactive in explaining how to play the various games
• Engage patrons in a positive manner to enhance their experience
• Provide a professional managing skill and ensure the smooth operation of all the Entertainment programs.
• Maintain a professional, teamwork and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external people.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 2 years of experience in gaming product operations.
• Proficient in data analysis, strong skills in extracting insights from data to identify issues.
• Excellent written communication abilities, especially in articulating complex issues clearly.
• Experience in casino/poker/fishing gaming sectors is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
