Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user social growth initiatives on the platform, designing and implementing activities to achieve new growth targets.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify key points for social user growth, seeking innovation and enhancing tool capabilities.
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of business sector sharing initiatives.
• Match the characteristics of mainstream social media user engagement, create tailored strategies for new user acquisition.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, 3 years of experience in the internet industry.
• Excellent operational capabilities, over 2 years of experience in social transformation and growth at different organizational levels.
• Practical experience in managing user growth projects at the enterprise level.
• Experience in e-commerce, online gaming, or overseas work experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
