Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management and operation of the company's online gaming products, ensuring effective marketing based on the product team's objectives and content promotion.
• Develop marketing plans and strategies, coordinate and oversee their implementation.
• Collaborate effectively with game development teams to enhance product promotion and user engagement.
• Guide the design direction and framework, ensuring that the marketing strategy aligns with data analytics and targets gaming product performance objectives.
• Participate in business meetings to follow up issues or requests raised by business units.
• Foster a learning culture with the team to promote cross breeding os skill sets and problem solving attitude
• Lead any production system maintenance and implementation in gaming area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of experience in the gaming industry,
• 1 year in production (experience in online gaming operations is preferred).
• Strong sensitivity to gaming content, ability to design effective product strategies based on user demographics.
• Capable of managing gaming projects throughout various stages and promoting collaboration among teams to ensure quality delivery.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A genuine interest in online gaming, strong user-oriented mindset and familiarity with user engagement strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
