Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor, report, and analyze operational data to develop optimization strategies for marketing.
• Organizing data within the marketing department and the product teams, focusing on analyzing behavioral data to generate reports and insights.
• Utilize insights from data analysis to make recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and product performance.
• Work closely with business executives and business leads delivering projects at all levels
• Provide lead and project support for standard reporting and methodology
• Work directly with project / business teams to ensure quality at all levels of project management
• Development of project plans, business cases, post implementation reviews – all project deliverables
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or above,
• 3 years of experience in gaming product operations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and solve complex issues effectively.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to identify and resolve problems.
• Excellent written communication abilities, particularly in articulating complex issues clearly.
• Familiarity with gaming operations and user service requirements, especially in casino/poker/fishing sectors.
• Experience in asian gaming markets is a plus.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
