Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support all product feature releases across different stages (i.e. pre-user testing, testing and feedback gathering, roll-out and implementation)
• Coordinate and develop good working relationships, work closely with key stakeholders and developers
• Provide insights on user experience and ensure that is considered when strategizing Product initiatives
• Regularly collect feedback and analyze the user experience to identify product-related solutions to user problems
• Develop implementation plans to effectively launch new features and increase adoption of existing features
• Create and review product feature related content as part of information cascades and user education initiatives
• Update trackers and ensure timely implementation of various initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned

• College graduate
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong project management and executional abilities
• Adaptable with ambiguous information
• Excellent comprehension skills
• Organized and has strong attention to detail
• Good and reliable team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
