Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning online activities for the product, including detailed execution of proposals.
• Statistics and analysis of various activity data, as well as optimization.
• Develop relationship with strategic partners, build up network for potential event/activation/partnership campaign ideas.
• Assist on developing program and initiatives to maintain a competitive edge amongst the Company’s competitors
• Work closely with outside vendors and strategic partners in developing activation campaigns/events
• Strong ability to analyze data, predicting activity effectiveness based on historical data.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across departments for promote activities.
• Be able to deliver assigned tasks in a timely matter and raise execution concerns to Management
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree or above is preferred,
• Education in Event Planning and Marketing or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in activity operations.
• Passion for the gaming industry, understanding of game psychology, experienced in various activities.
• Details oriented and able to communicate effectively with other teams.
• Proficient in office software
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
