Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing the overall planning of back-end products, including functional module design and system architecture.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Coordinate all aspects of development, testing, operation and maintenance to ensure that the project is completed as planned.
• Monitor the performance indicators of the back-end system, analyze the data and solve potential problems on time.
• Pay attention to the impact of back-end performance on user experience, improve product stability and responsiveness.
• Ensuring a high level of data security
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer related field is preferred.
• 3 years of product development experience required, especially in back-end systems.
• Understanding of back-end development technologies, such as database, server, cloud computing, etc.
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with good team players.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
