Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan activities that is in line with the habits of local user here in the Philippines according to the holidays or social trends and enhance the active user and their engagement;
• Execution of the activities, connect with the technical team to sort out the requirements, the development and following up in online;
• The statistical analysis of data within the activity, analyze the effect of the data after activity, and summarize the areas which needed an improvement.
• Process the feedback of the problem in online activities, and investigate and deal with the problems reported by the customer service
• Independently conduct research, development, and follow-up on results.
• Responsible for daily product data analysis, improving user data acquisition, and optimizing through data iteration.
• Perform other work tasks related to the assigned position.

• Bachelor’s degree or above 
• Ability to carrying out planned projects independently and be flexible.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• 3 years of experience related at gaming operations
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
