Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• SEM related work experience, familiar with google or other search engine optimization.
• Familiar with user search behavior, with a good understanding of SEM, and proficient in mainstream pan, single site, and directory technologies.
• Proficient in SEM related work, such as keyword mining, template creation, and website development.
• Strong competitive analysis ability, regularly conducting effective analysis of relevant data.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of search engine optimization, and continuously propose improvement solutions.
• Proficient in SEM knowledge.

• College degree or above.
• Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all levels of management, staff.
• Utilize various monitoring tools to monitor promotional websites and filter, adjust, and optimize keywords.
• Familiar with the rules and principles of spider crawling in major search engines; Understand Google's ranking mechanism and optimization rules.
• At least one successful traffic project experience.
• Proficient in single site, site group, pan second level, pan directory, and able to create templates.
• Proficient in various pan site programs and site groups, with a mature set of on-site techniques.
• Proficient in analyzing industry competitors, researching and monitoring competitors, and providing feedback on improvement plans.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
