Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall production and operation work of the company's slot products, formulating game operation plans, strategies, layouts, organizing and monitoring implementation.
• Manage project teams, including design, art, programming, and testing, to facilitate project development and progress.
• Provide guidance on game design proposals, specify design directions, and ensure alignment with key design elements, focusing on the profitability of slot games.
• Integrate and build economic data modeling frameworks, design and optimize slot game value systems, ensuring the integrity of game operations and maintaining synergy.
• Be attentive to user needs and data insights, focusing on user experience and data-driven decision-making.
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of experience in the slots gaming industry and over 1 year of experience in production roles.
• Strong strategic management capabilities, utilizing user needs to develop and plan products effectively.
• Able to manage and oversee every phase of the development process, ensuring quality control within the team.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of organizing and coordinating team efforts, while also taking on leadership roles to enhance strategic work.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
