Logistics/ Supply Chain Operations Supervisor物流/供應鏈運營主管

Our client is one of the leading supply chain management companies in Macau, they are now seeking for a Logistics/ Supply Chain Operation Supervisor for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the team.

  • Monitor and manage inventory for order processing, collaborating with the IC department to prevent discrepancies.

  • Provide exceptional and comprehensive customer service.

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

  • Participate in annual audits to ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their performance and develop their skills.

  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse and distribution management or logistics.

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Familiarity with customs declaration procedures, food quarantine inspections with IAM, and import license applications.

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; highly organized and capable of working independently.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications; skilled in Chinese and English word processing.

  • 良好的團隊合作精神,卓越的溝通和人際交往能力,高度組織化,能夠獨立工作。

  • 精通MS Office應用,具備中英文文書處理能力。
