Manager - Financial Reporting supports the full compliance of all financial regulatory requirements in a timely and accurate manner, and to ascertain the compliance processes are smooth and efficient by coordinating closely with internal stakeholders (ie. HK Corporate Finance, Shared Services Finances & FP&A) and external stakeholders (ie. auditors, government and lawyers).

Position Summary
• Prepare monthly and annually statutory accounts within relevant deadlines;
• Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders on daily operational matters and accounting issues;
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for bi-annual financial review;
• Support the preparation of group result announcement materials as well as the interim and annual reports;
• Assist in the accounting and reporting issues of overseas projects and facilitate the compliance of statutory accounting
requirements;
• Review the tasks of subordinates, manage their progress and provide coaching;
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

Requirement
• Degree in Accounting or Finance;
• At least 5 years experience in audit or accounting, with minimum 2 years supervisory experience;
• Experience in Big 4 is an advantage;
• Knowledge in SAP is valuable;
• Responsible, reliable, multi-tasking and good communication skills.
