Senior Executive/ Executive - Business System and CRM 客戶關係管理主任/ 高級主任 (Ref : CRMEXE) Responsibilities • Maintain and update customer databases regularly, ensuring data accuracy and completeness • Provide reporting and analysis on CRM data for preparing marketing and promotional plans, regular reports, and post events reports, etc. • Monitor and verify bonus point movement and perform point adjustment as requested • Handle and compile casino customer incident reports • Prepare and organize member redemption slip and manual point adjustment record • Prepare monthly membership upgrade and downgrade list • Assist in manage the CRM Redemption item list • Provide clerical support to the team • Undertake ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned Qualifications Experience • Three years or above relevant experience in marketing/ analysis/ CRM • Experience in the gaming industry is a plus Education • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems or related field Skills / Competencies • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese • To be flexible and accommodating as this may require extra hours out of normal work hours Interested parties please fill up the job application with expected salary to https://jobs.ponte16.com.mo/career/jobdetail.php?lang=0&vid=1605-24JS283161
