Salary: Negotiable
Working Pattern: 8 days off per month, retail shift roster

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, polished hospitality, including greeting and seeing off guests with professionalism and grace
• Support the client service team during guest visits; serve beverages and light refreshments, ensuring presentation meets premium standards
• Anticipate guest needs, read comfort levels and relay preferences to the team for seamless, personalized service
• Maintain the guest area in a neat, elegant and welcoming condition at all times
• Safeguard guest privacy, adhere to service standards and uphold the brand's premium image
• Assist with ad hoc hospitality and operational support tasks as required

• Previous experience in hotel butler, concierge, guest services or premium retail hospitality is strongly preferred
• Polished etiquette, strong observation skills, service oriented mindset and meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin; English proficiency is an advantage
• Comfortable in a pure hospitality role with no direct sales responsibilities
• Available for a 6 month fixed term contract and flexible retail shift roster
