POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will be responsible for preparing and managing daily documents and enquires in related to D&D projects, following up on outstanding items with D&D or Finance Shared Services, ensure timely turnaround and accuracy of data. Work with BUs to put together budget list and work on presentation format. Assist in monthly report preparation, and assist ad hoc request


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review budget approval, recommendation and final account summary and ensure timely turnaround

- Assist to prepare necessary documents for review with management team

- Involve in process improvement, such as implementation of WBS coding system, work with management and Finance Shared Services to improve data accuracy, work with different parties to ensure the completeness of the data

- Additional responsibilities include ensuring that the various reporting systems and source data are accurate and reconciled. You will assist in the development and implementation of tools, systems, and processes to support the successful completion of timely and accurate forecasts. An understanding of accounting theory and practice (e.g. basic revenue recognition rules, company capitalization policies and proper expense timing) is required.

- Assist with various management presentations and ad hoc request


REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-4 years of financial analysis experience in a high growth fast pace environment with demonstrated career advancement
- Analytical background working directly in an FP&A environment modeling bookings, revenue, costs and expenses
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access modeling skills and competency in Word and PowerPoint
- Resume must reflect ability for critical thinking demonstrated by examples of specific projects and related outcomes
- Strong systems skills with preference SAP, BPC, SQL, etc
- Possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proactive, high energy, result oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
