零售推廣高級經理 Senior Manager- Retail Marketing (ID:4026BR)

Job Purpose:
Leads conversations with brand partners regarding potential marketing events, collaborations, activities in Wynn. Develops and Leads marketing campaigns from strategy, creation, execution, performance optimization, measurement to post event evaluation and adjustment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy
  • Leads development of marketing strategy by working closely with external and internal stakeholders to create effective plans.
  • Leads and manages conversation with brand partners to bring “First in Macau/Asia” and “Exclusives” products and events to Wynn.
  • Seeks collaborative opportunities with gaming and non-gaming teams to develop wholistic marketing plans.
  • Collaborates with Interactive Marketing team to drive retail’s presence on Wynn’s social media platforms and interactive content to increase awareness of the company and increase traffic and sales in retail.
  • Keeps track on marketing campaign’s performance, reports to the Vice President on return on investment and makes proposal for the future events.
  • Monitors competitive landscape and implement campaign to differentiate Wynn from other properties
  • Drives creative ideas to bring uniqueness and novelty to Wynn from a luxury perspective.
  • Formulates, plans and implements retail marketing calendars for both leased and owned stores at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace.
  • Marketing Communications
  • Leads, and manages retail marketing events from planning to implementation.
  • Proactively leads conversations with brand partners from creative ideas to execution.
  • Increases, through sponsorships opportunities, partnership marketing, brand partner involvement, for coordinating effective marketing opportunities.

Policies and Procedures
  • Understands, abides by, and enforces all operational policies and procedures.
  • Recommends and implements changes to operational policies and procedures as needed.
  • Enforces proper procedures with regard to cash, credit card and check processing
  • Communicates and enforces timekeeping policies and procedures
  • People, Management and Training:
  • Partners with Store Managers to ensure that retail programs are meeting expectation of the customer
  • Promotes a work environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, involved, equal and safe
  • Establishes after sales service standards and guidelines, sets up processes to reinforce.
  • Supports corporate initiatives and ensure the team is aware and encourages active participation

Competencies and Requirements


Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ luxury retail marketing experience or relevant work experience.
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Knowledge/Certificates: On top of current retail trends, knowledge of budgeting, building marketing plans.
Language Ability: Fluent spoken Cantonese and English and conversant in Mandarin
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
