Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the casino industry based on company KPI objectives.
• Responsible for tracking operational data, including but not limited to user retention, activity levels, and payment metrics.
• Oversee daily operations of casino products on the platform, ensuring the stability and achievement of company goals.
• Analyze the industry landscape, providing insights on products, trends, and strategies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and provide guidance on internal processes and strategic recommendations.
• Provide training to all business areas to ensure reporting standards are in place
• Plan and manage team resources for different projects and tasks
• Lead in problem diagnostics, root cause analysis, and solution development in gaming systems
• Provide a stable systems environment for all nominated systems by identifying and rectifying potential concerns, be able to provide quick and accurate problem diagnosis
• Able to engage stakeholders and drive them agreement
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3 years of experience in gaming product operations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in critical thinking to effectively address complex issues.
• Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to extract insights from data and identify problems.
• Excellent written communication abilities, particularly in articulating complex issues clearly.
• Familiarity with gaming operations and user service requirements.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in casino/poker/fishing gaming sectors is preferred.
• Communication, negotiation, operational, problem solving and project management skills are required.
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
