Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to understand gaming trends and market dynamics, coordinating the development of gaming strategies.
• Responsible for the progress of gaming projects, coordinating resources and ensuring further development aligns with established product standards.
• Manage gaming product data, collaborating with gaming teams to enhance user experience and optimize user needs based on data analysis.
• Assist in optimizing product data and functionality through collaborative efforts.
• Work closely with business executives and business leads delivering projects at all levels
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of experience in gaming strategy development, focus on designing methods for medium to large-scale gaming systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with proven experience applying data analysis in practical scenarios.
• Ability to think critically and creatively, strong understanding of independent perspectives.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, capable of collaborating with multiple departments to achieve project goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Self motivated, proactive individual
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
