Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze gaming data to identify issues and propose effective solutions based on insights.
• Build user profiles based on spending habits and preferences, and establish effective user segmentation strategies.
• Utilize gaming platforms to enhance user experience and maximize engagement and retention strategies.
• Notify supervisor of any incident of doubtful in nature.
• Provide application support for gaming application
• Perform system tests to ensure the quality products are delivered and meet user expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned 

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Take responsibility and attention to detail at work.
• Enthusiastic about gaming and the gaming industry, familiarity with network operations and proficiency in software like Excel and Word.
• Understanding of gaming-related industries, with relevant experience in gaming.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a good service-oriented mindset and teamwork spirit.
• Good working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be in use and how these relate to the operation of systems
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
