Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
• Team Support: Manage and support project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and motivation.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in gaming industry or project management experience.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Others: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other qualified certifications related to project management are a plus
• Education: Bachelor of Arts in Chinese-Portuguese/Portuguese-Chinese Translation and Interpretation or project management
• Language: Proficient in both English, Chinese and Portuguese (must)
