Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for establishing and analyzing the trends of external slot games, organizing and formulating overall game development plans.
• Oversee the progress of game development, coordinate programming and artistic resources, to ensure that slot games are developed in accordance with established standards.
• Leverage for data management, integrating gaming operations, and optimizing user experience based on user feedback to ensure that games achieve intended seasonal objectives.
• Assist in conducting data analysis and improving functionality.
• Design and develop operational processes and standards
• Lead any production system maintenance and implementation in Gaming Area
• Define KPIs and development plans for each individuals
• Able to engage stakeholders and drive them agreement
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience in slot game strategy development, ability to independently design gameplay and large-scale systems, and familiarity with game economics.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of managing data and providing insights for successful application development.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit, able to collaborate effectively with various departments to achieve common project goals.
• Ability to adopt always changing working environment and able to handle unexpected situations
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
