Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for user growth and optimizing marketing operations, including continuous tracking and monitoring of user needs, and establishing user segmentation and data monitoring systems.
• Based on industry requirements, develop overall gaming strategies, product roadmaps, and implement product categories to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Analyze data to understand and identify user needs and enhance product activity based on insights.
• Responsible for coordinating between various teams to ensure the successful execution of strategies, enhancing collaboration and achieving operational goals.
• Oversee the execution of marketing strategies, organizing the implementation of initiatives, and working with team members to achieve effective results and fulfill business objectives.
• Plan and Manage Team resources for different projects and tasks
• Define KPIs and development plans for each individuals
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of experience in user operations related to the industry.
• Strong skills in data analysis and problem identification, with the ability to develop effective improvement solutions.
• Familiar with user operation methods for structuring and forming strategies.
• Sensitive to market trends and possess analytical judgment skills, able to coordinate and optimize various operations and identify solutions for complex issues.
• Willing to work overtime, commit and delegate to any work assignments, and ability to motivate the team
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
