Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proposing and improving the operation plan of the points mall, and issuance, exchange and settlement of points, take supervising the planning of points activities;
• Effectively implement the points mall operation plan and manage the user life cycle, based on data insight tools, propose operational requirements when necessary;
• Conduct hierarchical operations for users, analyze user behavior data, continuously adjust the points reward system to formulate improvement strategies, and improve the efficiency of the points system and user participation;
• Product thinking, be able to promote project progress, and work with the technical team to solve technical problems;
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 4 years of experience in internet operations.
• Education in Event Planning and Marketing or related field preferred
• Strong analytical thinking skills, ability to analyze data effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, ensuring smooth collaboration within teams.
• Experience working on e-commerce, marketing, or operations is preferred.
• Independent and self-motivated individual
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
