Assistant Manager - Marketing & Account Servicing

Our client is a contemporary art organization in Macau.. They are now seeking for an Assistant Manager - Marketing & Account Servicing for their business expansion.

Compensation:

  • Performance bonus

  • Commission on eligible work/projects

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure client retention, growth and satisfaction

  • Proactively identify client needs and develop solutions in collaboration with internal teams

  • Handle contract negotiations, quotations and service‑level agreements independently

  • Lead creation of high‑impact PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, investor pitches and major client proposals

  • Transform complex information into compelling visual narratives and storytelling

  • Oversee branding and marketing materials to ensure consistency with client's creative vision

  • Execute hands‑on tasks across the project lifecycle (deck preparation, logistics coordination, project launches)

  • Streamline administrative workflows to improve team efficiency

  • Mentor and guide project team members while remaining actively involved in execution

  • Contribute to marketing strategy, campaign ideation and event execution

  • Support business development by preparing proposals and pitch decks

  • Serve as a key bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring seamless communication in English and Chinese

  • Work independently and take ownership of end‑to‑end tasks

  • Generate creative solutions and ideas for client challenges and marketing opportunities

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive, collaborative attitude in a small‑team environment

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years' experience in account servicing, marketing, or business operations; agency or creative industry background preferred

  • Demonstrated track record as a self-starter, comfortable working with minimal supervision

  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken), with experience in high-level business communication and translation

  • Expert-level PowerPoint and AI design skills, capable of producing sophisticated, visually compelling decks from scratch

  • Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, take-initiative mindset

  • Prior experience in a small team or startup environment is highly desirable
