Customer Experience Manager

Salary: MOP 40,000 - 50,000 (Based on Experience)
Regular Days Off: 8 days

Job Description

  • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, upholding the highest standards for customer experience in-store.

  • Design and implement training programs for staff, emphasizing effective customer interaction and service excellence.

  • Cultivate a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, fostering a team that exemplifies strong service awareness and approachability.

  • Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction and enhance loyalty.

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies that improve the overall shopping experience for clients.

  • Engage in team-building activities to promote cooperation and teamwork among staff members.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a purser in the airline industry on full flights.

  • A cheerful and friendly demeanor, combined with a professional and appealing appearance.

  • Strong service awareness and interpersonal skills, with effective communication and coordination abilities.

  • A positive and honest attitude, reflecting high standards of professional conduct, ethics, and teamwork.
