To support their business growth, they are seeking a highly driven, visionary Lead Designer / Creative Director to join their dynamic team in Macau. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative excellence and professional growth.
• Define and champion the creative vision for all marketing and brand-related content, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market leadership in Macau.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring all visual assets are impactful, relevant, and competitive.
• Collaborate strategically with Marketing Managers, content creation teams, sales, and customer service to translate marketing strategies into compelling visual narratives and consistent brand experiences.
• Conduct thorough research on design trends, competitor creative strategies, and audience preferences within the Macau market, providing insights to continually elevate our visual communication.
• Manage specific design projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget guidelines, and maintaining the highest standards of creative quality.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for design effectiveness, analyzing visual impact and suggesting improvements to optimize engagement and brand perception.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with external creative partners, agencies, and vendors to support long-term brand development and innovative design solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a relevant creative field.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in graphic design or creative roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or Creative Director position.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a design team is essential.
• Exceptional creative vision and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications that resonate in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of inspiring a team, presenting creative concepts effectively to stakeholders, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
