Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the growth and introduction of creators for sports, games and other related content.
• Systematically introduce high-quality creators through channels and mechanisms such as MCN, media, relevant content platforms, social platforms, KOLs, and agents.
• Maintain the creative activeness of creators through means such as high-quality community maintenance, activities, new user guidance, and incentive mechanisms.
• Analyze user performance data on the platform to discover potential creators.
• Experience in acquiring customers through resource investment is an advantage
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 3 years of work experience
• Have experience in operating and growing overseas creators,
• Local experience in creator operations is preferred.
• Strong relevant channel resources or ability to discover leads
• Understanding of the content and creator circles of basketball, games, etc. is an advantage
• Skilled at achieving scalable creator growth through leverage mechanisms, resource investment, and rule setting
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Must be able to Multitask
