POSITION SUMMARY: This position is to develop strategies for effective data analysis, reporting and to develop a team of data analysts. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs • Interpret data, analyze results against proforma in on-going promotion and identify key findings • Recommend business strategies based on promotion results and business environment • Provide customers analytics on timely manner as requested by both internal or external parties. • Work with different departments in achieving department KPIs and goals. • Lead and develop a team of data analysts REQUIREMENTS • Diploma holder, preferable major in Statistics, Business Administration or Marketing • Min 5 years of related professional experience with min 2 years supervisory level experience in the customer analytics, casino marketing, data analysis, channel marketing and/or campaign management. • Command of all skills and languages (English and Cantonese a must, Mandarin a plus) necessary for verbal and written communications to explain complicated analyses and quantified information to all levels of management, internal and external to the company. • Marketing channel experience analyzing standard SMS/MMS, promotions and web metrics preferred. • Proficiency with the following tools strongly recommended: Excel, VBA, SQL, SAS,Python • Experience in SSRS, Power BI or similar software preferred"
