Assistant Procurement Officer 採購助理主任 Job Description • Manage daily procurement tasks, including daily market orders, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers. • Process purchase orders and ensure timelyivery of goods and services. • Track order status and resolve any issues related to orders,iveries, or payments. • Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance. • Analyze procurement data to find trends and cost-saving opportunities. • Monitor vendor performance and assess satisfaction among internal departments. • Work independently to manage the entire procurement process. • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and explore potential new suppliers. • Perform other duties that may be assigned. Requirement • Degree holder in Business Administration, Procurement / Supply Chain or related discipline. • Experience in related industry with procurement skills is preferred. • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. • Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Office, Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese Word Processing. • Work experience with Procurement System will be an advantage. • Mature, detailed mind, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure.
