JOB DESCRIPTION 工作簡介: 在廚房各區域內根據標準流程準備和烹調食物。協助廚師準備食材,使其參予產品開發及確保廚房的順利運作。參與管理食物的質量、品味、展示及食材申領。 Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures in designated area. Assist chef to prepare ingredient, allowing the development of products and smooth running of the kitchen. Participate in the management of the quality, taste, presentation and application of various dishes. REQUIREMENTS 工作要求 •具相關製作前菜/冷盤/伴碟菜/熱菜工作經驗 Relevant experience in appetizer/cold dish/side dish/hot dish •具備流利的粵語、普通話 Speak fluent cantonese and mandarin •能英語溝通優先考慮 Ability to speak English is an added advantage •需長期站立 Require standing for long period •願意輪班工作 Willing to work in shifts
