Position Summary

The Officer will assist in a number of tasks relating to the gaming operations of GEG. The primary focus of the Compliance Department is to ensure that regulatory requirements are understood and met by both GEG and our VIP Room Operators. This must be done in such a manner that protects GEG interests whilst maximising business opportunities and adding value to the companies standing and reputation. The Officer will be integral to this as a representative of GEG.


Primary Responsibility

High Value Transaction Reports (ROVE)

• To review and correct ROVEs from both GEG and VIP Room Operators.
• Liaise with the GEG, VIP Room Operators to make corrections and update identified ROVEs.

• Understand Galaxy Know Your Customer programs
• Assist as required to screen patron activity.

• Assist in the collection of information relating to the submission of formal promoter agreements and renewals to the DICJ.

• Participate in the ongoing development of the Compliance Department by providing input on regulatory issues, international standard and practices. • Develop an understanding of Suspicious Transactions and subsequent reporting requirements • Other ad hoc duties from time to time.

• 1 or more years in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience in operational gaming or casino cage an advantage.
• Experience in financial compliance related work an advantage.
