Position Summary Responsible in supporting process transaction and improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence within the organization; Manage work improvement projects and financial/operational system setup and maintenance to ensure appropriate level of system governance control in place. Primary Responsibility • Conduct thorough evaluations of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Apply process improvement techniques e.g., Kaizen, process mapping, flow charting, documentation, interview techniques, data collection and analytics to facilitation in improvement projects. • Analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. • Develop and apply effective process, system and structural improvement plan. Apply project management techniques to facilitate and support for various process improvement and solution implementation projects. • Maintain an up to date of Finance Process Taxonomy and Universe. Analyze existing processes and control framework and provide advice to process owner on best practices. • Create and maintain documentation of processes, process improvements, and related documentation such as SOPs, training materials, and process manuals. • Develop and present recommendations for process improvements based on the analysis and findings. • Establish measurable standards to monitoring progress and change yield meet desirable results. • Trains and coaches project teams and deliver related contents. Requirements • Bachelor's degree from University, preferred with analytical field of studies. • Familiar with the integrated resort industry-specific process and regulations. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, which are essential for identifying process inefficiencies, analyzing data, and developing effective improvement strategies. • Ability to articulate ideas, facilitate discussions and present findings and recommendations. • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to influence and motivate teams. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated and results oriented; Able to work independently or collaboratively. • Proficient writing skills in English. Good verbal communications skills in Chinese/English. • Experience in process improvement, SOX, project/change management, supervising or consulting role is highly desirable. • Certification in Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or Project Management will be an advantage.
