Responsibilities: - Answer reservation inquiries via phone, email, and other channels - Input and update booking details in the hotel system - Provide information on room rates, types, and promotions to assist guest decisions - Coordinate with Front Office and Sales to ensure booking consistency - Handle special requests and booking changes, and notify relevant departments - Ensure all reservation records are accurate and complete - Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred - Familiar with hotel property management systems (Cambridge PMS (by Shiji) is a plus - Good communication skills in English and Chinese - Friendly, courteous, and with strong interpersonal skills - Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Detail-oriented, responsible, and a good team player - Proficient in Microsoft office suite
