Responsibilities: - Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen utensils, maintaining all equipment and work surfaces, and ensuring the cleanliness of kitchen and storage area floors. - Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures. - Assist with receiving and storing deliveries as needed. - Follow all safety and sanitation protocols (e.g., HACCP). - Support other kitchen staff with basic tasks when required. Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or kitchen operations is preferred - Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks and equipment - Team-oriented with good communication skills - Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays - Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility - Basic understanding of kitchen tools and equipment
