POSITION SUMMARY Provide support to managers on all recruitment activities and related issues in accordance with the company policies and procedures. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES • Responsible for the recruitment of designated candidate staff roles in a timely manner and according to company policies and procedures • Ensure incoming requisitions have obtained proper approval and according to the approved organizational chart • Post requisition to the Galaxy Career Portal and update candidate status accordingly • Recommend the most effective recruitment channels, according to position and budget, to department and business HR • Shortlist qualified candidates for the business’ review • Phone screen potential candidates to ensure they meet the position's and company's standards • Arrange first interview with shortlisted candidates and arrange skills tests if needed • Arrange second interview for Hiring Manager and assist with selecting the best candidates • Prepare weekly recruitment updates to respective Manager • Assist Manager in ad-hoc tasks assignments as and when required REQUIREMENTS • 2-3 years related working experience • Detail minded, self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills • A team leader in supervising the recruitment team • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to organize own workload • Able to work as part of a team to meet tight deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Words processing
