Responsibilities: - Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures - Respond to guest inquiries and provide relevant information and assistance - Address guest complaints and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area in line with hotel standards - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs - Operate the property management system and accurately record guest information - Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance guest experience Requirements: - Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred - Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese - Friendly, courteous, and with strong interpersonal skills - Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player - Familiar with hotel property management systems (Cambridge PMS (by Shiji) is a plus - Proficient in Microsoft office suite
