Responsibilities:
Direct report to Hotel GM and manage all food and beverage (F&B) operations.
Drive the F&B Department to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for all outlets and banquets.
Oversee menu development, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to boost sales.
Assess food quality and service standards, providing staff training to improve performance.
Assist in preparing the annual budget and delegate responsibilities for efficient operations.
Perform ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent education.
Min of 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years in F&B management roles.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proven management skills in planning, strategy, budgeting, and achieving financial targets, with a strong focus on quality and cost management.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, with experience in 5-star hotels or renowned restaurants being an advantage.
Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Director of F&B

了解當前餐飲趨勢,擁有五星級酒店或知名餐廳的工作經驗者優先考慮。
經驗較少的候選人可考慮擔任餐飲副總監。
