Office Administrative Manager 辦公室行政經理

Our client is a well-established enterprise in Macau, they are now seeking for an Office Administrative Manager to join them! 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office administration, encompassing facilities maintenance, equipment management, and procurement.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management, including acting as a PA by managing calendars, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Take proactive ownership of company operations, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to senior management.
  • Develop and implement administration policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Source, monitor, and review vendor services and contracts, while also facilitating office contract/leasing renewals. Support office renovation and relocation projects.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor or above in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant Office Administration experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and exhibits a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Possess a mature, well-organized, and approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Senior Office Administrative Officer role.
