Position Summary The Assistant Manager (Business Development) plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our organization. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing the company's market presence. The primary objective of the Assistant Manager is to develop and execute effective business development plans that align with our organization's goals and drive revenue growth. The Assistant Manager is tasked with driving business growth through strategic initiatives, parnterships, and market expansion, ultimately contributing to the long-term success and profitability of our organization. Primary Responsibility - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the sports management sector - Create and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue growth and business objectives - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and identify potential opportunities - Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and other materials to potential partners and clients - Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve targets - Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development activities Requirements - Bachelor’s or above degree in Sports, Sports Management, Marketing or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry - Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dymanic environment and achieve ambitious goals - Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English languages, Cantonese is a plus
