PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support senior manager to develop and execute membership strategy to enhance member acquisition, engagement and retention, aligned with company’s business objectives. - Support senior manager to the design, implementation, and optimisation of mini program membership campaigns and initiatives. - Leverage data and analytic tools to analyse user behaviours, drive data-driven decision making to optimise performance on member acquisition, engagement, re-targeting and retention. - Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of mini program and campaign initiatives. Provide professional recommendation to cross-functional teams based on business needs and technical feasibility. - Continuously monitor and optimise mini program performance to ensure effectiveness of mini program operations, membership marketing campaigns and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation. - Leverage data and insights to define target segments, positioning and messaging strategy to deliver effective targeted communications for members. - Drive the development of creative marketing content, including online and offline promotional materials, social media posts, EDM, website to support membership program initiatives. - Work closely with internal and external technical vendors to ensure mini program operations, enhance product capabilities. - Proactively identify area for mini program improvement (including but not limited to UIUX, content, conversion) and propose data-driven solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex mini program related issues in daily operations. - Keep learning of market trends, customer insights, best practices and latest technology on customer online and offline experience to drive continuous improvement. Generate reports to provide data and insights (work with Customer insights team) REQUIREMENTS: - Strong ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective operational delivery - Excellent understanding and at least 5 years working experience in integrated resort business - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to make feasible membership marketing strategies. - Proven track record in mini program operations, developing and executing marketing campaigns across integrated resort business pillars (including but not limited to F&B, retail, hotel, entertainment) across online and offline channels. - Hands-on experience in digital marketing including social media and content development. - Strong project management and interpersonal communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders in multiple projects effectively and simultaneously. - Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in mainland China digital marketing. - Exceptional written and spoken languages skills (Mandarin, Cantonese and English) is required.
