Manager - Marketing Partnership

Position Summary

Manager - Marketing Partnership is to provide strategic planning and marketing supports to operations to deliver marketing communication campaigns for GEG Properties (GM & SW), to drive property's brand awareness, visitation and customer engagement. It is a role that requires a strong business and strategic marketing sense, coupled with disciplined tactical and execution responsibilities. This role works closely with the respective Business Unit to continuously understand their goals, key tasks, and daily tactical needs and challenges, and support them through strategic, tactical and operational marketing plans and execution. To ensure campaign strategy development and execution excellence, this individual will also work with the full range of Marketing Services functional teams – e.g. Digital Marketing, Media Relation, Creative, Customer Insight, Alliance & Partnership and Activation teams – and agencies, from understanding consumer insights and translating the insights into actionable marketing campaign plans, to leveraging GEG’s resources that will help drive business targets.



Primary Responsibility

  • Work with business units to develop precinct-wide marketing strategies, tactical plans, seasonal campaigns and promotion programs that support the business in delivering and achieving related targets across China and international markets.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned to our brands' DNA to drive greater brand awareness, effective marketing promotional programs for fantastic facilities, services, concerts and exhibitions.
  • Understand business and proactively seek to understand key and relevant customer/consumer needs e.g. through market research, social listening to help ensure more targeted campaigns and impactful execution for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Services functional teams – e.g.Digital Marketing, Media Relation, Creative, Customer Insight, Alliance & Partnership and Activation – and other internal stakeholders: ARENA & MICE operations, Leisure Sales, Portfolio management, IS&T, FP&A, F&B and Partner Hotels for greater synergy and to strengthen the development and deployment of marketing priorities in a concerted manner across relevant marketing channels e.g. Social media, Web, OTA and offline digital experiences.
  • Partner with in house digital & creative teams / creative & tech agencies to ensure consistent and timely delivery of high quality marketing communication engagements with targeted customers.
  • Track performance and progress of integrated marketing program initiatives against program proforma, marketing KPI, business unit objectives and company goals
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by constantly identifying opportunities and reviewing ways of working and internal workflow efficiency.
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects/ tasks assigned by management


Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in entertainment marketing, brand communication, advertising or digital marketing management role
  • Strong planning, content development, social communications, digital and physical experiencial curation.
  • Familiarity with through the line communication mediums and understanding of how to develop integrated campaigns, including but not exclusive to: online & offline advertising, media & influencer relation, event marketing, performance marketing and fans engagement.
  • Understanding global trends and familiarity with marketing music concerts, artist IPs, variety shows, sport events and business exhibitions to Mainland Chinese and International targetd customers.
  • Ability to develop and build a strong network with excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong time management and organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without comprising quality.
  • Mature personality with good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English languages, spoken and written.
  • Degree holder, preferably in Marketing Communications, Advertising or related disciplines.
