POSITION SUMMARY: Manager - Influencer Management is responsible for developing influencer strategy and implementing executions for supporting the company's business growth. The candidate will work closely with respective marketing services and operations teams, including IRS, Hotel, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, etc. The candidate have to develop social engagement strategies for KOL/KOC/Water Army based on the attributes of social platforms, fan activity levels, character interest setting and eventually drive awareness, engagement and product sales. The candidate will lead the influencer planning /buying in partnered with MCNs and social platforms like Xiaohongshu, Douyin, KuaiShou, WeChat, Weibo, DianPing, IG... to drive content creation on social post, short video, live streaming, and ad boosting strategy for inflencers; The candidate must familiar with "Online to Offline to Online" social marketing mechanisms of Chinese social media to enhance brand exposure, customer engagement, membership conversion through innovative activities/campaigns execution.
