Our client is a renowned hotel in Macau, they are now seeking for a Chinese Kitchen - Commis for their business expansion.

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the waitstaff, including taking customer orders and ensuring efficient, high-quality service.
Maintain smooth restaurant operations and address any customer issues or complaints to uphold customer satisfaction.
Optimize service processes and procedures to continuously improve the overall quality of service in the restaurant.
Requirements:
Food and Beverage experience in hotel is preferred
English and Cantonese/Mandarin skills required
Required to work shifts
