Customer Service Officer (3-mth contract, up to 16k per mth, Contract to Perm)

Our client, a well-known bank in Macau, is seeking a Customer Service Officer for a 3-month contract with the potential for permanent staff. This role also welcomes fresh candidates with relevant experience to apply.

 

  • Open for fresh candidates

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

  • Annual Leave, Medical Benefits

 

Job Description:

  • Manage the reception desk, handling all incoming calls and directing them appropriately while welcoming customers.

  • Register all incoming documents and periodically check faxes; maintain copies in designated box files and distribute originals to relevant colleagues in the branch.

  • Assist with scanning and filing documents as needed.

  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested.

 

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles.

  • Customer service experience is an advantage.

  • Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

  • Presentable and professional demeanor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
