Job Description:
Manage the reception desk, handling all incoming calls and directing them appropriately while welcoming customers.
Register all incoming documents and periodically check faxes; maintain copies in designated box files and distribute originals to relevant colleagues in the branch.
Assist with scanning and filing documents as needed.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in administrative roles.
Customer service experience is an advantage.
Fluent in both Chinese and English; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
Presentable and professional demeanor.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
