酒店餐飲部部長 F&B Captain

Our client is a renowned hotel in Macau, they are now seeking for a Chinese Kitchen - Commis for their business expansion.

 


Benefits:

  • Double pay and bonus (depending on hotel conditions)

  • AL: 12 day, SL: 12 days

  • Meals and medical allowances

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the waitstaff, including taking customer orders and ensuring efficient, high-quality service.

  • Maintain smooth restaurant operations and address any customer issues or complaints to uphold customer satisfaction.

  • Optimize service processes and procedures to continuously improve the overall quality of service in the restaurant.

 

Requirements:

  • Food and Beverage experience in hotel is preferred

  • English and Cantonese/Mandarin skills required

  • Required to work shifts

  • 管理和監督服務員團隊,包括接待客人點單並確保提供高效優質的服務。

  • 維持餐廳順利運營,處理客戶投訴或問題,確保客戶滿意。
