Responsibilities - Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. - Communication: Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses. - Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables. - Documentation: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documents as required; ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. - Event Coordination: Organize and manage executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events, including logistics and materials preparation. - Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making processes for the executive team. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role or similar position. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools. - Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance standards. - Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus. - Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
